1. "The Constitution of India adopted and enacted on 26th November 1949 is the lengthiest Constitution in the World." Critically examine the statement highlighting the salient features of the Indian Constitution. (Marks 10)

2. Discuss in detail the fundamental rights to equality and freedom guaranteed by the Constitution of India along with the reasonable restrictions imposed on the exercise of such rights. (Marks 10)

3. "The Prime Minister of India is seen as the leader of the people, leader of the party, leader of the house, leader of the government and the leader of the nation." Critically examine the statement in the light of the powers and position enjoyed by the current Prime Minister of India. (Marks 10)
