1. "The Directive Principles of State policies do not matter". Comment and explain the importance of
their incorporation in the Constitution of India and it's working. (Marks 10)
2. "The Prime Minister is called the first among equals. He is considered as the leader of the nation,
leader of the government and leader of the Party". Discuss the given statement in the light of the
Powers and Position of Prime Minister in Indian Political System. (Marks 10)
3. Write short notes on any Two of the following:-
a. The Preamble of the Constitution of India.
b. President's Rule.
c. Special Power of Rajya Sabha. (Marks 5×2=10)
