Earlier only men were migrating,today women are also migrating.Women are migrating in search of employement not only from the backward states like Bihar and Jharkhand, but also from the developed states of south India. Whatever jobs women are getting locally or outsdide,they are being explicted. women are being used like bonded labour in the sumangali project of cotton industry in Tamilnadu.
