4. Write a short essay on some major flood events in India. Also discuss upon the nature of floods and their geographical distribution in India. 14
5. Describe the role of resource institutions III Disaster Mitigation and Management. Also discuss some related institutional arrangements in India. 14
6. Write a short essay on effects of natural hazards on economy and development of a country. Give some overcoming measures with respect to finance and policy. 14
