What is an aptitude? How does it differ from interest? Describe in detail as to how you would develop a test of verbal aptitude to be used on secondary school children. Also, explain as to how scores on the test would be used.

Define achievement. Discuss in detail the steps involved in constructing and standardizing an achievement test for secondary school children.

Give a comprehensive definition of intelligence. Describe in detail the characteristics of any standardized intelligence test that you have ever used. How do you interpret an IQ score?
