2. Answer any four of the following questions in about 300 words each
How is distance education a learner-centred education as compared to face-to-face education?
Define open and distance education.
Describe the transactional models of distance education.
Discuss the reasons for the failure of the 'multiplier effect' theory.
Explain the aspirations of new learners in the 21st century:.
Explain briefly 'virtual' and 'blended' learning.
