1. Certain statutory registers are required to be maintained as
per the personnel policy of a company. List out statutory registers
required for a manufacturing company with brief significance
of each such register.

2. Write an appointment letter with terms and conditions of the
service appointing an HR manager of an IT company
Or
Draft a promotion letter promoting section supervisor to the
post of shift engineer.
3. Draft a show-cause notice against an employee for his
misconduct ''Abusing and Neglecting Supervisors Instructions''.

Or
An employee has been found guilty of his offences based on
initial enquiry report. Draft a detailed charge sheet before taking
any disciplinary action.
4. Reshma has been working as a senior accountant since last
more than 20 years in a management institute. Design a
possible job enlargement and job enrichment sheets for him.

Or
Prepare a job analysis sheet for the post of a floor manager
based on detailed job decription and job specifications.
