11. As a company secretary, you have prepared three
different agendas for a purchase committee, selection
committee and Board meetings. All the three were about
to be held in the forenoon of the same day and after the
commencement of such meetings you came to know that
all the three agendas were served irrelevantly. Confusion
prevailed for half-an-hour between the members and
participants respectively and the meetings got delayed
due to misplacement of agendas. One of the Board
members had to miss his return flight due to this
confusion.
This was the act of mischievous sub-staff done with a
purpose to put you in trouble and tarnish your image in
the company.
What will be your reaction to the problem?
How would you treat your sub-staff after the meetings?
Write an explanatory reply in detail to the top
management on the confusion created recording your
position.
