Roles and Responsibilities: The role of the consultant is to coordinate, monitor and reporting various project activities of assigned states Be responsible for planning and organizing various project level capacity building events for master trainers in terms of undertaking training needs assessments, preparation of training modules and resource material, facilitation and evaluation of trainings, preparation of training reports, etc. Consultant to serve as ‘helpline’ from NIRDPR for any assistance with regard to scheduling, coordination, provision of IEC materials on ODF-S etc. and any other technical inputs as required by states. Monitor capacity building interventions undertaken by states and trained Master Trainers in all assigned states including collection of event reports.
