1. A pharmacy stores information about their customers and medicines. The following E-R diagram shows it: <img src='./qimages/7520-1.jpg'>

A customer can purchase many different medicines; and one medicine may be purchased by many customers. Medicine entity has Medicine_name as primary key. A customer can purchase a medicine only once.

Perform the following tasks for the given E-R diagram:
Design and implement normalised relations/tables. You must include primary key, validation checks and referential integrity constraints in the relations/tables.
Enter 5 6 sets of meaningful data in every table created by you in part(a).
Design and implement the following queries/reports/forms for the database created by you:
Create two forms one for entering customer information, the other for entering medicine information.
List the names of the customers who are suffering from the Disease named "Fever".

(iii) List all those Medicine_names which will be expiring on or before 01-01-2017.
List all the details of medicines purchased by the customer whose ID is "COOl". You must also show the date of purchase and quantity purchased for these medicines.
Create a list of all the customers in alphabetical order of their names.
