Write a syntax of 14 different AutoCAD commands used to prepare
drawing shown in Figure -1.

Calculate minimum thickness required for seamless ellipsoidal head as
per UG 32 of ASME Sec VIII Div 1 from following data
1. Internal Diameter 3000 mm
2. Height 800 mm
3. Design pressure 1.34 MPa
4. Strength as per ASME SEC II A 93 MPa
5. Weld joints efficiency Type 1,100% RT
6. Corrosion allowance 5 mm

A line shaft is driven by means of a motor placed vertically below it. The pulley on the line shaft is 1.5 meter in diameter and has belt tensions 5.8 kN and 1.9 kN on the tight side and slack side of the belt respectively. Both these tensions may be assumed to be vertical. If the pulley be overhang from the shaft, the distance of the centre line of the pulley from the centre line of the bearing being 450 mm, find the diameter of the shaft. Assuming maximum allowable shear stress of 48 MPa.
