19. Describe the procedure of Maximum Likelihood Estimation.
In random sampling from normal population find the maximum likelihood

20. State and prove Cramer-Rao Inequality
ii) Find 100(1- confidence intervals for the parameter when σ2 is unknown in the
normal distribution.
21. State and prove Neyman Pearson Lemma.
ii) Explain Monotone Likelihood ratio property. Find whether the family N satisfied
this property.
