Do you think courage can be taught? Illustrate from the essay you have read.
4. "The air is precious to the redman, for all things share the same breath—the
beasts, the trees and the man. The whiteman does not seem to notice the air he
breathes. Like a man dying for many days, he is numb to the smell." Discuss
the attitude of the redman and whiteman on nature.
OR
Write a critical comment on the essay, The Other Side of the Hedge by
E. M. Forster.
5. Discuss the importance of culture for a better understanding of one another.
OR
"And if we do not protect Nature in some such fashion, Nature will assuredly
protect herself." Explain clearly why Nature will protect herself from the
