1. Define types of hemorrhage. Classify degree of
hemorrhage and briefly outline management of severe
Hemorrhage

matching. Describe blood components and
complications arising from massive transfusion.
3. Describe types of wound closure and classify nature of
wounds and briefly describe management of severe
acute limb injury.
4. What is the metabolic response to starvation?
Enumerate average daily water requirement and
calculate daily fluid and electrolytes requirement after
abdominal surgery.
5. What is synergistic gangrene? Enumerate its type and
principles of management. What are the reasons of
