1. A 30 year old labourer presents with a swelling of the left side of
the scrotum for the past 2 months.
List the differential diagnosis for this and write briefly on the
clinical features of each.
How will you investigate him and what findings are you
looking for in the investigations?

2. A 42 year old executive presents with pain of the right heel for
the past 2 weeks.
List the differential diagnoses.
History, physical examination findings and management of
plantar fasciitis.
