9. An aeroplane covers the four sides of a square at speeds
of 1000, 2000, 3,000 and 4,000 Km per hour respectively.
What is the average speed of the plane in its flight
around the square?
10. Calculate the standard deviation for the following

15. The null hypothesis is that 20% of the passengers go in
first class, but management recognises the possibility
that this percentage could be more or less. A random
sample of 400 passengers include 70 passengers holding
first days tickets. Can the null hypothesis be rejected at
10% level of significance?
