11. Rajesh owns a small factory using waste material as
raw-material for making of paper, cloth bags and
decorative material. The business and productivity of the
company was going good till recently. He observed some
productivity decline in the recent months. On enquiry

with one of the best worker of his company, he found that
the best workers are slow down their work as all the
employees are paid uniformly for their work. Moreover,
there is no body in the company to recognise the good
working employees.
