4. A company in Noida is making 2,400 pairs of shoes per day to export to Germany. Style is slip-on with derby and colour is black. The shoe is made up of a cow Napa black and Nubuck cherry. The lining is cow drum dyed lining in beige colour. Sole is TPR. The material consumption of average size is given below
Cow Napa black 1·5 sft/pair
Cow Nubuck cherry 1·5 sft/pair
Cow D/D lining beige =1·75 sft/ pair
The size assortment is given below:

The company supervisor has recommended finishing system, which is given below:
Lasted upper P1 -S(brown) heat setter (120 degree) iron at 60 degree cutting with high pressure at high speed cutting again high speed burnishing wax other lasting operations P29 brown cutting at high-speed polishing at low speed.
The manager is somehow not convinced with the system. Evaluate the system given above and give your recommendations.
