1. Describe the major provisions related to exports under the Export-Import Policy of the Government of India.
2. What is a letter of credit? Discuss various kinds of letters of credit.
3. What are the kinds of risks involved in the export business? How is the risk managed?
4. Explain the provisions related to regulation and management of foreign exchange under FEMA Act, 1999.
5. Why is quality control required for export cargo? Discuss various methods of quality control.
6. Enumerate Marine Insurance and explain its scope and risk coverage.
7. What do you understand by Incoterms Explain those Incoterms which are applicable to any mode of transport.
8. Write short notes on any two of the following:
