The roof of a building designed by an architect starts leaking due to water logging in the neighbour's kitchen on the floor above.
An architect is approached by a client for renovation and modification of a building. However there existed a contract between the client and to another architect who originally designed the building. The contract was signed three years ago.
The client moves into a building without securing the building completion/occupancy certificate.
In a large scale project where multiple agencies are involved and the architect being the main coordinator of consultants, the electrical services fail causing loss to the client.
An architect wishes to enter into an agreement with a foreign architect to provide services in India.
An architect sub commissions work to another architect without agreement with the client.
An architect has been selected to work on a project in a foreign country.
