Applications are invited from suitable candidate for filling up the following project positions at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad.

(i) One position of Senior Research Fellow against DBT funded project entitled Towards establishing on efficient animal based production of therapeutic proteins in milk of formed animals using various modes of gene delivery, PI: Dr. Subeer S. Majumdar, Director

Fellowship amount: Rs.28000/-PM+30% HRA = 36,400/- PM as per the DST guidelines.

Essential qualification: M.Sc Life Sciences with NET

However Non - NET candidates can also apply who will be paid as per their eligibility.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of research experience

Age: 35 years

(ii) One position of Lab Technician against NMPB funded project entitled Evaluation of medicinal plant extracts for anti-tick activity and identification of active compound(s), PI: Dr. Anand Srivastava

Fellowship amount: Rs.10000/-PM+30% HRA = 13,000/- PM as per the DST guidelines.

Essential qualification: B.Sc. Life Sciences (incl. Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.). Project requires field work.

Age: 30 years

(iii) One position of Project Fellow against DST funded project entitled Characterization of cell cycle regulators associated with DNA replication machinery in Toxoplasma gondii, PI: Dr. Abhijit S Deshmukh, Scientist-C.

Fellowship amount: Rs.12000/-PM+30% HRA = 15,600/- PM as per the DST guidelines.

Essential qualification: M.Sc. Life Sciences (including Veterinary Science/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology, etc.).

Age: 30 years
