Advertisement for Project Staff at the Centre of Excellence for Safety Engineering

IIT Gandhinagar invites applications for 1 Project Staff position at the Centre of Excellence for Safety Engineering. This Centre has been set up with the aim of promoting Inter-disciplinary Research in the area of Safety. The work involves supporting:

Ongoing projects at the Centre

Developing technical articles and material

Communication with different stakeholders including industry

Managing routine tasks of the Centre

Eligibility Criteria:

-BTech degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from reputed

institute

-Technical writing and verbal communication skills.

-Strong motivation to participate in research and product development projects. Preferred background/skills:

-Has developed Technical News Bulletins / articles.

-Worked on Experimental Projects

Compensation and term of position:

Compensation will be 18,000/-per month (consolidated salary). Initial appointment will be for 1 year with the possibility of renewal for the 2nd year depending on performance.
