Sub: LDCL- Recruitment of Manager Coconut Processing, Consultant Fisheries & Cook cum Attender Regarding.

The Management of LDCL is inviting application from eligible candidates for the post of Manager Coconut Processing, Consultant Fisheries and Cook cum Attender on contract basis. The applications with self attested copies of certificate of education qualifications, experience certificates, age proof, caste certificate, Address proof and passport size photo (self attested) etc should be addressed to The General Manager, Lakshadweep Development Corp. Qualification M.B.A B.Sc. Degree / Diploma in Agricultural Science OR Diploma in Value added products in Coconuts OR One year Diploma in Agriculture higher grade with 3 years experience in the field OR Certificate course in Agricultural Science from Government recognized institution and with Master Degree in Industries Fisheries; OR Master Degree in Fisheries Science OR Food Technology; OR Diploma in Fishery Science from the Central Institute of Fisheries Education SSLC
minimum 5 years work experience as Production Manager in Coconut based industries. OR Degree/Diploma in food processing/food technology
Desirable Knowledge in Computer applications Associate Diploma in Business Management or Marketing. 1. Knowledge of preparation of north Indian and south Indian dishes. 2. Knowledge in Hindi and English will be added advantage.
Experience 5 years experience in food processing industries and related food industries 5 years experience in running a fish processing unit or Marine products. 1 year experience as cook.
