Applications are invited for the Position of one JRF* in a sponsored research project supported by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), a statutory body under Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. The details are as follows:

Title of the Project: Time-varying harmonics and interharmonics estimation in real-time for online applications

Project duration: Three year Duration of the post: Up to Nov. 2016

Job Description: The project work will involve design, implementation and testing of signal processing algorithms on FPGA/DSP platforms.

Essential Qualification: M. Tech./ B.E. / B. Tech. in Electrical/Electronics.

Desired Qualification: M.Tech. with Minimum 70% marks at the Master's level (for M.Tech candidates) or 80% (CGPA 8.00) at the B.Tech level. Knowledge of signal processing, MATLAB, VHDL/Verilog programming, Xilinx FPGA kits, etc. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge/experience in the area of the project.

Remuneration: Rs. 16,000/ Rs. 18,000 consolidated, subject to revision as per the DST, GoI.
