Advertisement for JRF position under software development project AVIRAL

The applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the software development project (AVIRAL). The terms and conditions of the position are as follows:

1. It is a purely temporary position for a period of 1 year. The extension on the revised terms and conditions as per the need of the project may be considered though.

2. The minimum qualification should be B.Tech(CSE/IT)/ MCA/ M.Sc.(Computer Science) equivalent with more than 60% score (or equivalent).

AND

Expertise in Core Python, Datastructures, Scrapy, Beautiful soup, Selenium Web Driver, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, ORM - SQLAlchemy.

Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python, browser developer tools (F12), Wireshark / similar network request trace tools.

Skilled working on Linux shell and scripting.

Exposure in writing queries (DML), Agile environment, MySQL or MariaDB database and No SQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, web crawling and scraping frameworks and ad-hoc data scraping requirements and intelligence generation

Deep knowledge of messaging systems and protocols - AMQP, RabbitMQ, Kafka, ZMQ (EPGM), TCP, UDP

Good writing and verbal communication skills

3. The monthly stipend @Rs. 25000 (twenty five thousand only). On demand the accommodation for the appointee may be arranged in the students hostel on the payment basis.

4. Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience as an application developer (or equivalent) in any software company or software development project at any renowned institute.
