Project Vacancy
Applications are invited for one position of Research Fellow in a research project, funded by Research & Development Establishment (Engineers), DRDO, Pune, Government of India.
The details are as follows:
Title of the Project: Theoretical Formulation and Analytical Modelling for Buckling Analysis of Hydraulic Cylinders
Fellowship duration: Twenty Months (Initially position will be offered for twelve months and may be extended to another two months)
Qualification and Remuneration: M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline of Mechanical Engineering (Candidate with B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with GATE Qualification may be considered). Candidate must have good analytical ability with knowledge of programming in MATLAB, Modelling and Finite Element Analysis.
Salary: Consolidated Rs. 25,000/-per month (no other allowance)
Last date for receipt of application: June 30, 2017
Display of shortlisted candidates: July 04, 2017
Interview may be scheduled during second week of July, 2017.
Age limit: Preferably below 30 years as on June 20, 2017.
General Terms and Conditions: The position is purely temporary and extendable subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of fourteen months or till the completion of project whichever is earlier. Original documents of age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets must be presented at the time of interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communication in this regard will be entertained. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Service rules as per the Institute project norms will be applicable.
