Interested candidates are invited for walk-in test/interview for a position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on a DST-SERB funded research project titled Implementation of Sigma Delta Modulator Using Nanowire Electrically Doped Hetero Material Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (TFET) for Ultra Low Power Applications. It may be possible for the selected candidate to register for Ph.D. program as per existing Institute rules.

Duration: The position is purely temporary and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of three year or till the completion of project whichever is earlier.

Stipend: Rs. 25,000 per month consolidated depending upon qualifications and as per the DST guidelines.

Essential Qualifications: ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication. Candidates having good academic and research background and GATE score will be given preference.

Desirables: Candidates having knowledge of Semiconductor Device Modelling and circuit implementation by using TCAD and EDA tools.

Place of Interview: LHTC, IIITDM Jabalpur.

Candidates are required to bring all documents and experience certificates in original for verification. Please note that no TA/DA will be given to the candidates called for interview.
