Applications are invited from the Indian nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the DST-SERB FAST TRACK project entitled Electrodeposition of magnetic film in the presence of external magnetic field under the supervision of undersigned. It may be possible for the selected candidate to register for Ph.D. program as per existing institute rules.
Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Positions: 1
Duration: 3 years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier (the position is purely temporary and performance will be reviewed periodically)
Emoluments: Rs. 16,000 per month consolidated, subjected to revision as per the DST guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:
M.Sc./ M.Tech. Degree in Physics/ Material Science/ Applied Physics/Nanotechnology/ Advanced Engineering Materials or any other related subject.
Candidates with minimum of 60% marks (or 6.5 grades point out of 10) will be given preference.
Also, candidates having one of the following additional requirements will be preferred.

- Valid GATE score
- b.
- UGC/CSIR (JRF only) qualification.
- c.
- DST inspire fellowship
Desirables: Candidates having some knowledge of electrodeposition and elementary physics of magnetism will be preferred.
