National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd., a Schedule A PSU Navratna enterprise requires the following personnel on contract basis through Walk in Interview at New Delhi:

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 Years IT work related experience preferably in construction sector. Should have knowledge in preparation of IT Scheme along with their BOQs ,Verification of IT schemes / BOQs , Software development etc.

BRIEF TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT:

The engagement will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year, which can be extended further period as per requirement, if any.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR INTERVIEW:

1. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) & Person with Disabilities (PWD) category exists as per government rules.

2. Disability of applicants applying against the quota reserved for the physically challenged persons should not be less than 40%.

3. Relaxation in age will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Serviceman as per Government rules & regulation.

4. If sufficient numbers of reserved category persons are not available on the basis of general standard to fill the vacancy reserved for them, the candidates belonging to these categories may be selected on relaxed standards to fill up the vacancy reserved for them.

5. Selected candidates will be liable for posting in any place depending upon the requirement of the Company.

6. Person selected will be eligible for facilities like Contributory Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, leaves as per Company Rules.

7. Candidates are advised to give specific, correct and full information. All original certificates/documents along with self attested copies thereof in support of information furnished in the application form are to be produced at the time of interview, failing which the candidates will be disqualified for appearing in the interview. Candidature will be liable for cancellation for the post applied and/or removal from the services of the Company after joining, if at any stage it is found that information furnished by the applicant is misleading/incomplete/false.

8. The crucial date for determining the age limit and post qualification experience shall be the date of Walk in Interview on above mentioned dates. The date of declaration of result/issuance of mark sheet shall be deemed to be the date of acquiring the qualification and there shall be no relaxation on this account. Post qualification experience on a post/level shall be counted from the said date onwards.

9. In case of overwhelming response, NBCC may continue interview on subsequent days. Candidates will have to make their own boarding/lodging arrangements.

10. No Boarding, lodging charges in such event will be paid to candidates by NBCC.

11. Applicants must bring the print out of the application form enclosed with this advertisement and they should fill in the prescribed proforma with BOLD letters either in English or in Hindi. Application received through email will not be entertained and those applicants who do not bring the printout of Application Form will not be allowed for registration.

12. NBCC reserves the right to cancel this advertisement and/or the selection process without assigning any reason.

Production of following documents by the candidates is mandatory at the time of interview:

1. One passport size photograph.

2. Proof of identification (i.e Pan Card, Voter Id card, Driving License, Passport etc.)

3. Original testimonials along with one set of self attested copies thereof, in support of age, Educational qualification, caste, experience etc.

4. Application Form duly filled up in capital letters.
