Walk in Interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow

A Walk-in-interview is scheduled on January 31, 2018 to select a candidate for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a sponsored project of Gun Carriage Factory (GCF), Government of India in Mechanical Engineering Discipline at PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur.

Duration: Six Months (Extendable till the completion of the project based on satisfactory performance)

Essential Qualifications: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks. NET or GATE qualified candidates will be preferred.

Other Essential Requirement: Candidates having experience of working on Ansys software and design of complex component will be given preference.

Fwllowship: INR 25000/- per month (consolidated). HRA may be paid @5000/- per month.

Reporting Date and Time: January 31, 2018 (Wednesday) at 0930 am

Selection Procedure: Personal Interview and/or written test.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

2. The position is purely contractual and subject to satisfactory performance for a period of Six Months (Extendable till the completion of the project based on satisfactory performance)

3. The candidates willing to attend the interview are required to send their confirmation through email by Sunday, January 27, 2018 to vkgupta@iiitdmj.ac.in with their CV

4. The interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with all their original certificates, mark sheets, experience certificate with a self- attested photo copy of each of it and a recent passport size photograph along with the updated Bio-data (in given format).

5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

6. The candidates not fulfilling eligibility criteria would not be considered for selection process.

7. Selected candidate may be required to travel various places and may be required to work with the external consultant M/s Zeus Numerics on the project based on the requirement of the project.

8. Selected candidate is required to maintain confidentiality of the project and need to sign a bond for the same at the time of joining.
