Salary & other benefits

CTC up to Rs. 9.09 l.p.a. (commensurate with qualifications & experience) inclusive of current D.A. at Central Government rate & CPF @ 12% on Basic Pay & Dearness Allowance.

Other benefits such as Reimbursement @ 90% of Medical Expenses / ESIC (as applicable), LTC, Reimbursement of Childrens School Fees up to class XII, Gratuity, Pension under EPS 1995 (as applicable), on-campus accommodation at nominal charges, Leave will be admissible as per institute norms.

Qualification & Experience

Graduation from a recognized university with minimum 10 years of security related supervisory / administrative experience in a reputed organization. Ex-servicemen with prior experience of working in a residential educational institution will be given preference.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Should be well-versed & conversant with security rules and procedures.

Should be trained in First Aid, BLS and fire-fighting.

Should possess valid driving license for light motor vehicle and motor cycle.

Candidates with NCC certificate and exposure to electronic surveillance & computer system for information processing and retrieval would be desirable.

Should have excellent surveillance and observation skills.

Should have good command over written & spoken English and Hindi.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Accountable & responsible for overall security of the campus.

Patrolling the campus premises regularly to maintain order, secure the premises and establish presence.

Monitoring and authorizing the entrance of vehicles or visitors in the campus. Ensuring no trespassers in the campus.

Investigating people for any suspicious activity or possessions detected.

Inspecting buildings, equipment and access (entry-exit) points from time-to-time.

Checking & monitoring surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.

Raising and responding to alarms.

Preventing losses / damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.

Submitting reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences to the competent authority.

Complying with legal requirements, if any.

Providing assistance to people in need.

Fire-fighting and other similar responsibilities allotted from time-to-time.
