Sc. in Physics/Electronics/Material Science with at least 6.0 CGPA or 55 percent marks or equivalent in aggregate from a recognized institute or university OR (b) M. Tech./M.E. in Energy Engineering/Chamical Engineering/Electrical Engineering /Electronics Engineering/Nanotechnology/Material Science & Engineering or equivalent with at least 6.5 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate in the M.E./ M. Tech. level from a recognized technical institute or university.	01 post	February 12, 2015
2.	Research Scholar* (as per rule) (a) M. *Research scholars may register for PhD at Central University of Jharkhand

All the posts are purely temporary and, initially, for one year which may beextendedfurther on the basis of annual performance up to three years.
