Central University of Jharkhand has been granted funds by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India to establish DBT-Boost to CUJ Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Departments for Education and Research

Applications are invited for temporary post of Technical Assistant. The appointment shall be initially for a period of one year, renewable every year depending on satisfactory performance till the end of project.

Position: TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (Total 01)

Essential Qualifications:

M.Sc with specialization in Mol. Biology/ Biotechnology / Biochemistry with 2 years of experience in handling and working with lab equipment in any Life Sciences Lab.

Desirable:

The candidate should be capable of record keeping scientific report preparation and taking care of office work.

Salary: Rs. 15000/- p.m. consolidated

Maximum Age limit: 35 Years

General Guidelines:

i. The applications on plain paper should be indicating name, date of birth/age, address, essential/ technical /professional qualifications, experience, research work.

ii. The post applied for should be mentioned on the top of the envelope.

iii. Reservation and relaxations will be given as per GOI/UGC Rules to persons belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH categories.

iv. The University reserves the right not to fill any post.

v. Candidate must enclose non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200/- (Exempted for SC/ST/PH candidates) in the form of a Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of The Registrar, Central University of Jharkhand payable at Ranchi

vi. No TA/DA shall be paid if called for interview.

vii. Name of candidates short listed for interview will be displayed on the university website
