PUBLIC NOTICE

Applications are invited for three (3) temporary posts of Process Servers (General category-3) and five (5) temporary posts of Peons (General category-4 and SC category-1) in the pay band 'of Rs.16900-53500/- plus allowances as per Haryana Government norms, in Bhiwani Sessions Division, so as to reach the office of undersigned on or before 21.6.2017 up to 4:00 p.m.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICAITON

The applicant should have passed Matriculation examination and possesses knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi for the Post of Process Server. The applicant should have passed Middle standard examination and possesses knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi for the post of Peon.

AGE LIMIT

18 years as on 1.1.2017. Upper age as fixed by Haryana Government.

Relaxation in the upper age limit is admissible to the reserved categories as per instructions of the Hon'ble High Court/Govt. of Haryana from time to time for the post

MODE OF SELECTION

The applicants who fulfill the above-said qualification for the post of Peon or Process Server will have to appear for interview in the District Courts Bhiwani. The date of interview will be notified on the website of District Court, Bhiwanl i.e. www.ecourts.gov,iotiodia/haryana/bhjwani/recrujtment.

Applicants shall bring their original testimonials and identity proof at the time of

interview. The interviews would most likely start in the first week of July 2017. Applicants are advised to keep on visiting the official website of Bhiwani Sessions Division prior thereto to apprise them of the exact date of interview. No separate letter for the interview would be sent to the candidates. A candidate may apply for both the posts. However, he will submit separate applications for the same.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Incomplete applications shall be rejected straightway and no correspondence in this respect shall be entertained.

2. If on verification at any time before or after the said interview, it is found that an applicant does not fulfill any eligibility condition, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled without any notice.

3. No advance copy of application shall be entertained.

4. No TA/DA will be paid to any applicant for appearing in the Interview.

5. This office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.

6. The number of posts may decrease.
