The candidate shall head the Human Resource division of the company and shall be responsible for Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Establishment, legal and welfare matters. |
The candidate should be a graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP in Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 20 years of post qualification work experience in the Human Resource Management. Degree in Law is desirable.

General Manager R&D (01 - Post) Grade E8 |
The candidate shall Head the R&D Division of the Company and will be responsible for all the R&D activities of the Company. |
The candidate should have First class Masters degree in Physics/Electronics or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical . He/she should have minimum 18 years of post qualification experience in R&D, preferably in Electronic Industry. Ph.D in continuation of post graduation will be preferred(This period shall be counted in experience). |
