- Scientific Analysis Group (SAG), Delhi, under Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is looking for meritorious Indian National researchers interested in pursuing research in cryptology.

- Stipend: Rs.16000/- (also HRA, and medical facilities shall be admissible, as per Govt. of India Rules)
- How to Apply: Eligible candidates are required to apply only online at the RAC website (http://rac.gov.in). After submitting the application form, candidates will be issued an acknowledgement along with candidate ID. Candidates can take printout of the filled in application for their reference. Candidates are required to pay application fee of Rs. 10/- online or by Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of Director, SAG, Metcalfe House, Delhi-110054. Application fee is exempted for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates.

- General Instructions:
- 1. Only Indian nationals can apply.
- 2. The qualifications prescribed are the minimum required for the posts. All the applicants with these qualifications may not be called for interview. If their number is large, Screening Committee appointed by the Competent Authority will shortlist the candidates on merit only. The shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview.
- 3. Schedule of written test/interview of eligible candidates will be made available on RAC website (http://rac.gov.in).
- No postal communication will be made in this regard.
- 4. Candidates shortlisted for interview should bring original certificates with one set of self-attested photocopy and one passport size photograph at the time of interview. Candidates should possess at least provisional certificate of their eligibility qualification, if formal Degree has not yet been awarded.
- 5. Candidates having qualified UGC/CSIR/NET/GATE examination shall be preferred.
- 6. Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies should bring NOC at the time of interview if called for the same.
- 7. Finally selected candidates will be required to join SAG within two weeks from the date of offer letter. The offer will be initially for two years and based on performance, the candidate may be promoted to SRF (Senior Research Fellow) after two years. The total tenure of fellowship will not exceed five years.
- 8. It may please be noted that offer of fellowship does not confer on fellows any right for absorption/ appointment in DRDO.
