Subject:- Recruitment to 01- SC vacancy of Senior Technical Assistant, Group B in the office of Directorate of Jute Development, Ministry of Agriculture, Deptt. of Agriculture & Cooperation, Kolkata advertised vide category No.ER-01 of Advt. No.ER02/2014

Notice for Recruitment to the Selection Post of 01- SC vacancy of Senior Technical Assistant, Group B for O/o Directorate of Jute Development, Ministry of Agriculture, Deptt. of Agriculture & Cooperation, Kolkata advertised vide category No.ER-01 of Advt. No.ER02/2014 published in the Employment News/Rojgar Samachar dated 2 8 August, 2014 and the closing date for receipt of applications in the Commissions Office (Regional Office at Kolkata) was 01.09.2014 and extended upto 08.09.2014 in respect of candidates residing in designated remote areas. Details of the post/vacancy position, essential qualifications, experience, age limit and other conditions are given in paragraph 2 of the said Notice. However, essential qualifications, age limits etc of the said post is given below for ready reference.

E.Q. : Degree in Agriculture followed by post graduate degree in Agronomy/Plant breeding/Genetics of a recognized University or equivalent.

Suitability : This post is identified suitable for PH (OH, HH & VH) candidates. of PH

AGE : Not exceeding 30 years (age relaxation is admissible as per instruction) LIMIT Crucial Date for EQ & AL : 01.09.2014

2. Applications received for the said post of Senior Technical Assistant have been scrutinized and applications of following candidates have been summarily rejected for grounds mentioned against their names. Requests from candidates (clearly mentioning Name, Roll No., Category No. and Advertisement No) for reconsideration of their application/candidature, if any, on any valid ground may be sent immediately through fax, speed post & E-mail so that it reaches the Commissions Regional Office at Kolkata, positively by 29.09.2014.
