Recruitment for the Post of unskilled labour As (On Contract Basis)

Recruitment process will be held for the Post of unskilled labour (on contract basis) to work on the Project "Improving compressive strength and durability properties of adobe for propagating sustainable and cost-effective mass housing especially in rural areas of different districts of Himachal Pradesh" funded by State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (SCSTE), (H.P).

The details of qualification, fellowship/remuneration, duration and nature of work of the unskilled labor are as follows:

Designation: Unskilled labor (One number) Qualification: Must have passed class 8 (Eight). Desirable qualification:

1. Higher education
2. Technical education
3. Work experience related to mud construction, geotechnical, adobe brick fabrication or general

civil work. Remuneration: Rs.6, 000 (fixed) p.m. Duration: One Year/ Extendable up to completion of project. Nature of Work: To carry out field work as per requirement, Data Collection & Samples collection from various sites within in Himachal, Laboratory testing of materials, Assistance in Conduct of related program, any other work related to project etc.
