Applications are invited from Indian Nationals only for Project Positions as per the details given below, for consultancy / research projects, under the principal investigator Dr. V.SHANTHI, Department of Mathematics, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli-15, Tamil Nadu.

1. Title of the Project : Singularly perturbed parabolic reaction-diffusion-convection type differential equation with non smooth data

1. Funding Agency : SERB-DST
2. Project Positions : One-JRF (File Number: EMR/2016/003201)
3. Qualifications : M.Phil / M.Sc (in Mathematics) (With first class or above 6.5 CGP, with/ without NET, Required strong back round in Differential equations & Numerical analysis, basic knowledge in latex, MATLAB)
4. Age limit : Preferably less than 28 years
5. Emoluments : Rs.25000 Consolidated for Net qualified person/ Rs.16000+20%HRA (Rs. 19200) for non-net qualified person
6. Duration : Three years
7. Job Description : Purely temporary(The selected candidate can do their Ph.D under the

guidance of the principal investigator in the same topic.) On appointment the candidate will join within 10 days.)
