About Institute National Institute of Technology, (Formerly Regional Engineering College, established in 1963) Kurukshetra is one among the foremost Institutes of National Importance imparting higher technical education in India. This Institute was conferred upon the status of Deemed University on June 26, 2002. Since then, it has been as National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. The institute is a residential institute well known for its dedicated faculty, staff and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The institute offers B. Tech., M. Tech., M.C.A., M.B.A and Ph.D. programmes. The Institute enjoys an excellent placement service for its graduate and post graduate students. About Department The Department of Computer Applications offers M.C.A and Ph.D. programmes. The Department is well equipped with all state-of-the-art hardware, software resources and simulation software packages providing all necessary computing facilities to the students, faculty and staff. The department is actively engaged in research activities in the areas of Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Security, Health Care, Web Technologies, Sematic Analysis and many others. Registration fee includes registration kit, course material, working lunch and tea. Accommodation in institute hostels shall be provided to participants upon prior request on payment basis. The non-refundable registration fees should be sent in the form of a Demand Draft/NEFT in favor of Director, NIT kurukshetra payable at Kurukshetra. Last date for submission of duly Registration form is March 15, 2017. The selected applicants will be intimated by e-mail. The candidates who had already attended this program on previous occasion are NOT eligible to apply.
