4.	Date(s) & Time 20.04.2017 05.05.2017}at 11AM 22.05.2017 09.06.2017 Venue:-At KCC Administration Building (Conference Hall)	Walk -In Interview will be held on 20.04.2017(Thu). The selection panel of 20.04.2017 will be independent of second, third & fourth interview. M anagement shall not wait for the second / third & fourth interview and shall offer the posts to those selected on 20.04.2017. In case the response to the Walk In Interview on 20.04.2017 for the post(s) is poor or if the candidates are not found suitable on 20.04.2017 then the next interview will be held on 05.05.2017 (Friday) and again on 22.05.2017 (Monday) and again on 09.06.2017 (Friday). The second/ third & fourth interviews to be held on 0S.0S.2017/22.05.2017 & 09.06.2017 are Independent of the first Walk- In Interview. In other words each Walk- In- Interview will be Independent and panel of each Interview will be separate. No candidate will be given second/ third & fourth chance and a candidate who fails in any one of the Walk-In Interview will not be allowed in other Walk-In Interviews. In case sufficient candidates are found suitable in 1st interview itself no further interviews will be held. Only on our HCL website the date(s) of interview or any amendment will be updated.
4.	Tenure	Initially contract will be for a period of one year for all posts (exept for the post of Manager/ Deputy Manager survey i.e. it will be for a period of one year or till permanent posting of surveyors,as per rules). Tennure can be extended based on the need of the organization & on satisfactory performance, up to the age of 65 years.

7.	Benefits	(l)The reimbursement of conveyance expenses for local travel for official purposes shall be paid @ 15% of monthly emolument. Unfurnished Company's accommodation at normal rent and electricity, subject to availability. Leave & Medical facili t y as per the Scheme. (iv) Reimbursement of monthly rental and call charges for Mobile/Land Line Phones as per scheme.
8.	Requirement for Walk in interview	Candidates are advised to bring the duly filled in application along with one set of self attested photo copies of all the certificates. They are also required to bring their Original certificates in support of their claim for possessing 20 years experience, age, qualification, statutory requirement (as applicable) and last pay slip at the time of Walk-In-Interview.

2. Emoluments

   4.	Dy. Manager (Survey)	Rs. 21000/ -per month at E-2 scale or last drawn basic pay whichever is higher in case of PSU retired employee In the case of retired Central /State Govt. employees, the monthly emolume nt shall be so fixed that the sum total of monthly emolument and pension received does not exceed the last pay drawn by the concerned individual.
   5.	Blaster	(i}Rs. 18500/- per month at T-7 scale or last drawn basic pay whichever is higher in case of PSU retired Employee. (ii} In the case of retired Central /State Govt. employees, the monthly emolument shall be so fixed that the sum total of monthly emolument and pension received does not exceed the last pay drawn by the concerned individual.
   6.	Winding Engine Driver (WED}
