Applications are invited for engagement of 80(eighty) Pharmacists on contractual basis as mentioned below:

Essential Qualification:

1. The candidate should have minimum Two years Diploma in Phannacy (D-Pharma) (Allopathic) recognized by the Government of West Bengal Pharmacy Council and registered as "A" category Pharmacist under We st Bengal Pharmacy Council.

   Weightage will be given for higher Qualification.

2. The candidate must have proficiency in Bengali and must have efficiency in computers including MS office and Internet.

   Age (as on 01.01.2016): 40 Years , (Age relaxation will be given for ST/SC/OBC/PWD etc. candidates as per Govt. Norms.)

   Remuneration : 16,860/- per month

   MODE OF SELECTION: Selection will be done on merit and practical examination. Applications will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in final qualification(highest basic qualification). Shortlisted candidates will be called in 1:10 ratio that is for one declared post 10 candidates will be called for practical test. In Computer Test which will count as practical candidates have to obtain at least 40% marks to qualify for the post .'

   The eligible candidates are requested to submit their application at the PMU office of Kolkata City NUHM Society[Address:Room No.254 ,2nd floor,5, S.N Banerjee Road, Kolkata -700013] in the prescribed format . They are also requested to carry a photocopy of the filled in application format.

   The date and time of submission of application: (excluding holidays):From 08.12.16 tol6.12.12016 .Time-11:00 a.m-4:00 p.m (Monday to Friday).Saturday: 11:00a.m-2:00p.m.

   Candidates are requested to read the instructions carefully:

   1. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled. The candidature will also not be considered if the documents required for the post are not submitted along with application.

   2. The Essential Qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same dose not entitles the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualifications must be completed on the date of submission of application.

   3. The application and other necessary documents as mentioned below should be arranged in the following order:

      • Filled in Application Format

      • Age Proof (Madhyamik or equivalent examination certificate)

      • All mark sheets & pass certificates of the essential academic qualification(D-PHARMA/B PHARMA/M-PHARMA).

      • Registration Certificate (updated) issued by West Bengal Pharmacy Council

      • Computer Course Certificate

      • Caste certificate

      • Photo proof Identity card (Passport /Voter Id/Adhar card)

      • Proof of Address (Passport or Voter Id)

   4. The originals of each of the documents stated above along with their self attested photocopies must be brought at the time of submission of application.

   5. No rounding off of marks will be granted. Proportionate marking upto 2 decimal points will be considered.

   6. The decision of the competent authority regarding the engagement will be final .

   7. The Kolkata City NUHM Society reserves the right to change/modify any/all of the above conditions.
