Applications are invited online only by One Time Registration from qualified regular employees belonging to Muslim, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian communities of the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited for appointment in the under mentioned post.

Note:- (i) The above vacancy is now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission pursuant to this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for Mus lim, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian community but kept unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 12/01/2015 for Society Category (Category No. 88/2010). This is the first notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above community.

(ii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on statewide basis.

(iii) As per Rule 184 of KCS every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he/she joins the duty to be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.

  1. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment from qualified regular employees belonging to Muslim, Latin Catholic / Anglo Indian communities of the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited

  2. Note:-Applications submitted by candidates who are not regular employees of member societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited and belonging to communities other than Muslim, LC/AI will be rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.
  1. Age : 18-50 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1967 and 01.01.1999 (Both dates included) are only eligible for the post.

7. Qualifications:

(1) Must have completed 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited. Candidates selected under this category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment.
(2) Graduation from a recognized University with not less than 50% of marks in aggregate, and Higher Diploma in Co-operation (HDC of HDC BM of the State Co-operative Union of Kerala or HDC and HDCM of National Council for co-operative training or successful completion of the subordinate (Junior). Personal Co-operative Training Course (Junior) Diploma in Co-operation.

OR

B.Sc (Co-operation with Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University.

OR

B.Com (with Co-operation) recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.

(3) MBA/CA/CWA/M.Com./M.Sc. (Co-operation and Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University will be preferential qualification.

Note :-Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of the & KS&SSR is applicable.

The eligible employees of Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them, eligible to apply for the post and shall be produced when required by the Commission. The Service Cer tificate should contain the following details.

9. Mode of submitting applications:-

Before applying for the post, candidates should register as per ONE TIME REGISTRA-TION scheme through the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in Those who have already registered can apply by logging in to their profile using his/her User ID and password. The photograph uploaded should be one taken on or after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be printed at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates can view, rectify defects and print the details in the registration card by clicking the link Registration Card after entering the home page. Candidates are responsible to ensure correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password and they shall keep in mind the user ID for further communication with the Commission. Applications which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove Qualification, age, community etc have to be produced as

  3. Para 2 and Para 7 of the General Conditions are not applicable to this post.

  4. If a Written / OMR / Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, Admission Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calendar. Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the examination.
