How to apply:-

General Rules & Regulations:

1. The candidates are required to attend the interview at their own cost. However, the candidates belonging to SC/ST Category, to & fro II Class train fare by shortest route or actual amount incurred by the candidate , whichever is lower shall be reimbursed on production of proof of journey and Caste Certificate.

2. The candidates selected will be given posting only in Bangalore.

3. The candidates selected for appointment are required to execute a bond for Rs.1 lac undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 1o

4. Offer of appointment shall be given to the selected candidates only after complying with all the specified conditions as stipulated for the respective post by the Bank.

5. All appointments shall be subject to medical/physical fitness of the candidate as per the requirement of the Bank and the Bank decision in this regard shall be final.

6. Govt guidelines with regard to relaxation in upper age is 05 years for SC/ST category and 03 years for OBC category.

7. Selection will be made on the basis of sports performance. The candidates will be short listed based on their on-field performance and recent achievements in their respective sports.

8. All certificates/testimonials, references shall b_e as per the requirement of the Bank as prescribed if any and or as per Govt guidelines wherever applicable.

9. The candidates shall be selected primarily with the purpose of having the potential to strengthen the Bank existing team. The Bank reserves the right not to select any candidate to the post advertised if according to the Bank is not suitable & will not be in a potential to strengthen the Bank team. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.

1O. Any candidate producing any false testimonials /certificates or giving any false declaration and in the event of any information being found false or incorrect at a later date, the Bank shall terminate his candidature or debar him from the recruitment process without assigning any further reasons and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Age as on 01s t February, 2017 for

• Clerical Cadre :- Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 28 years I
  Officer Cadre in JMG Scale-I :- Minimum 20 Years and Maximum 30 years

Relaxation in the upper age limit:

Upper age is relaxable in case of candidates belonging to certain categories as under:-

b) Sports Qualification:

For the post of" Clerical Cadre"

Should have represented the State in Inter State Championship or should have been a member of the Combined Universities Team (in the immediate preceding three years), preferably Medalists. Preference will be given to the present State players.

For the post of "Officer Cadre in JMG Scale-I"

Should have represented the Country in an International event or should have won" Ar ju na Award".

C. Applicants should attach their certificates awarded by the following authorities to evidence their credentials in respective game concerned.

Physical Efficiency Drive	Secretary or other Officer in overall charge of Physical Efficiency in the Ministry of Education and Social Welfare, Government of India.

D. Educational Qualification as on 01s t February, 2017

Clerical Cadre: Should pass in 12'" Standard or its equivalent.

1. Recruitment Procedure:-

Candidates possessing requisite qualification will be called for interview. Since, the recruitment will be mainly on the basis of sports performance, suitable weightage will be given to sports achievements and younger age will be considered. Recruitment will be strictly on merit.

The Bank reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview. Mere fulfillment of qualifications will not confer any right on a candidate to be called for interview. Candidates found suitable will be waitlisted. Final selection will depend upon the verification of character, antecedents, medical fitness and verification of genuineness of the sports certificates produced.

   Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs 13,075/- per month (Inclusive of two additional increments ad_missible to graduates) in the scale of pay band Rs.11765-655/3-13,730-815/3-16, 175-980/4- 20,095-1,145/7-28,110- 2,120/1-30,230-1,310 /1-31,540 (20 Years).

3. Officer Cadre in _JMG Scale-I Pay Scale:

   Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay band of Rs.23,700-980/7- 30,560-1,145/2-32 ,850-1,310/7-42 ,020 .

4. Selected candidates will be initially posted at Bangalore.
