Role & Responsibilities

Product Managers (Collections / Payments) will be responsible for:

Key Dimensions

Specific Responsibilities

Product development

• Develop collections / payments for meeting the treasury management requirements of the customer

• Develop UAT plans and test the new system to eliminate any bugs / functionality gaps

• Conduct market and competitor analysis for achieving leadership in target segments

• Develop product documentation for ongoing management and enhancements

Product Delivery

• Re-engineer operational workflow for collections / payments

• Design on-boarding and service delivery processes

• Drive centralization initiatives into Shared Services Centers

Commercialization

• Develop product P&L and manage product revenue and costs

• Develop product training content for the customer and the branches

• Engage marketing and launch sector / product marketing campaigns

• Develop & execute project plan for migration of customers to the new product.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with regulators like NPCI and SWIFT

• Manage and develop relationships with correspondent banks, vendors, registrars etc.

Risk Management

• Identify and manage credit, regulatory & compliance risks for all existing and new products

• Identify and manage operational risks for collections / payments

Job Specific Skills

• Strong knowledge of Cash Management Products and Operations

• Strong project management and execution skills

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree. Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) will be preferred

Minimum

Experience

• Banking professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cash Management preferably across products & operations

Nature of Engagement

Contractual Engagement for a period of -3- years with yearly performance review.
