Applications are invited in the Department of Physics for a JRF position in a DRDO sponsored R&D project Investigation on Optical Pulse and Beam Propagation in Semiconductor Quantum Well and Quantum dot Nanostructures with Emphasis to the Development of Photonic Devices . The appointment will be initially for a period of one year, and, subject to satisfactory performance, may be extended up to a maximum of three years.

Minimum Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

Desirable qualification: Good knowledge in numerical computation, mathematical physics and quantum mechanics.

Fellowship: Fellowship Rs. 25000/- PM+ HRA @15%.
