Indian Maritime University Headquarters invites suitable candidates for walk-in-interview for the following post on contract basis: Information Technology - (Section Manager) (01 Position)

Consolidated emolument	A maximum of Rs. 75,000/- per month
Contract period	Initially for a period of six months, which may be extended for further period based on performance and requirement
Eligible candidates may register through IMU Website before 5.00 PM on 13.03.2019 for the date indicated above for the Walk-in-interview. Walk-in-interview is scheduled at 10.00 AM on the date mentioned at the above address. Candidates should bring with them all original certificates/testimonials and one set of self-attested copies of certificates regarding educational qualifications and professional experience and detailed CV/Resume. Any change /revision /updation with respect to Walk-in-Interview will be published in IMU Website only. Candidates are requested to visit IMU website from time to time in this regard. Eligibility Criteria for IT Section Manager

Description	Requirements
Age	Not more than 45 years
Minimum Qualification	ME/M.Tech [OR] B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) [OR] MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) from a recognized Institute /University or equivalent
Experience	Minimum 10 years of experience in IT field, out of which a minimum 3 years of managerial position handling IT Administration, Development, Implementation & Maintenance of an organization of repute. Candidates working/ worked in ERP/SAP implementation in Govt. organization/Universities is preferred.
Remuneration	Commensurate with qualification and experience. [Maximum upto Rs.75,000 /- per month]
Period of Contract	Initially for a period upto 6 months.
Nature of Responsibilities to be carried out	Overall responsibility to manage IT Section of IMU. Knowledge in procurement. Website management. Coordination of various departments like Academics, Accounts, Administration for IT issues. Coordination with IT Service Providers and other related external agencies. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
