Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a project funded by the Department of Science & Technology (DST). Candidates having excellent academic record and a keen interest in research are encouraged to apply. The project is inthe area of virtual and augmented reality.

| Essential qualications and experience | -Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics or Computer Science with good academic record -Minimum CGPA of 8.0/10.0 or 75% aggregate (at undergraduate and/or graduate level) -Strong mathematical and computer science background -demonstrable programming skills in C/C++, familiarity with Matlab -Understanding of computer graphics, geometry, image processing,and/or computer vision -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral andwritten) |
| Desirable qualications | -Experience with projects in virtual reality or augmented reality |
| Duration | 3 months (extension or recommendation for PhD program based onperformance) |
