Advertisement for post of Junior research fellow (JRF)

One JRF position is available at Department of Biotechnology, Manipur University for DBT project entitled Protein covalent modification by homocysteine: Understanding the reactivity, toxicity, structural and functional consequences. Interested candidates can apply on plain paper with complete bio-data along with photo copies of candidates mark sheets and certificates and the application complete with all respect should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 2^nd November, 2018. The candidates should provide their contact number and valid e-mail addresses. Those eligible shortlisted candidates will be displayed on 3^rd November, 2018 on the notice board of the Department. Date of interview will be on 5^th November, 2018 sharp 11 AM.

Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences with 55%.

Duration: 1years but extensible based on performance. The position is purely temporary and will be co-terminus with the project.

Fellowship: Rs.25,000/-+ 10%HRA, only if JRF is NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualified, otherwise it shall be Rs 12, 000/-+ 10% HRA per month.
