Advertisement for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a SERB (DST, India) sponsored research project (CRG/2018/001663)

Title of the Project: Investigation of Elastic and Inelastic Dephasing in Carbon Nanotube FET

Specific area of the research: Studies on the dephasing mechanisms in the channel of a CNT-FET using NEGF methodology. The project is very challenging requiring a good knowledge of condensed matter and computational physics. Knowledge of computer programming in C, C++ and Matlab is desirable.

Duration of the Project: 3 years, till March 2022

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow

Eligibility: MSc in Physics with at least 60% marks or equivalent CPI/CGPA.

Fellowship: Rs 31000+10 % HRA per month (for NET/GATE qualified candidate)**.For nonNET/GATE candidates, the fellowship will be as per DST & BITS-Pilani rules & regulations.

The selected candidate can pursue the doctoral study at BITS Pilani after clearing the Institutional admission procedure.
